Global distributor Alfred Haber Television, Inc. has picked up the international rights to A&E detective series Dead Again (pictured).

As previously reported, the 9 x 60-minute show – produced by the Dick Wolf-headed Wolf Reality and Mob Wives firm Left/Right – follows a team of detectives as they re-examine controversial and unresolved murder cases.

Cases investigated in the series include a double-homicide of a father and son attacked in their home; the killing of a young mother living a double life; and the case of death row inmate Rodney Reeds. The show’s detectives – who are said to take each case with no prior knowledge of the crime or verdict – rework the crime scenes by interviewing key witnesses and forensic specialists.

“This compelling series is slick and stylized, and includes the procedural elements and ‘ripped from the headlines’ approach that have made the Law & Order franchise so popular,” said Alfred Haber, founder of the distributor, in a statement.
