The El Rey Network will premiere the unscripted series Cutting Crew with a 24-hour, binge-watching marathon on April 11.

The series marks the U.S. cable network’s first foray into unscripted and is set in a Pittsburgh barber shop known for its “cutting edge” cuts. It is produced by Big Vida Entertainment.

Following the marathon premiere, which begins at 6 p.m. EST, the show will move to its regular timeslot of Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EST on April 15 and follow the Mark Burnett-produced freestyle wrestling franchise Lucha Underground.

Originally, the network had scheduled Cutting Crew to debut last October.

Launched by filmmaker Robert Rodriguez in a deal with Univision, the Hispanic-targeted, English-language network specializes in cult classic features, grindhouse films, action, horror and sci-fi.
