ITV Studios America has pumped up its development team with a new hire and a promotion.

Hildie Katibah, one of the original producers of Discovery Channel’s Monster Garage and an exec producer with Jesse James’s Payupsucker Productions, has been appointed as director of development for ITV Studios America’s West Coast office.

Meanwhile, Noah Korn, who joined the company as development coordinator in 2012, has been upped to director of development for the East Coast office. Development credits include Animal Planet’s Rocky Mountain Bounty Hunters.

Both will report to Bruce Robertson, EVP of creative strategy for the company, and are tasked with creating and pitching non-scripted projects across a range of genres to cable and broadcast nets.
