MIPTV ’15 Exclusive: TVF Int’l pens deals for “Innovation Nation”

London-based distributor TVF International has inked a raft of global sales for the series The Henry Ford’s Innovation Nation (pictured).

Produced by South Carolina-based prodco Litton Entertainment, the show follows host Mo Rocca as he tells the stories behind scientific inventions from around the world.

The series – which presently airs on U.S. broadcaster CBS as part of its educational banner ‘CBS Dream Team…It’s Epic!’ – has been sold by TVF to National Geographic Channel in Asia, Australia and New Zealand; Alhurra Channel in the Middle East and North Africa; and MTG (Viasat) Broadcasting for CEE and Nordic territories.

“The scope and editorial execution of the series make it an excellent fit for a wide range of broadcasters and other platforms worldwide, and we are proud to be partnering with Litton to promote the franchise at MIPTV in Cannes,” said Harriet Armston-Clarke, sales manager at TVF International, in a statement.
