U.S. net TLC is readying June premieres for its forthcoming makeover series Dare to Wear and Brides Gone Styled (pictured).

Both series – which were previously announced during TLC’s upfront presentation in March – are to debut on June 12, with Brides Gone Styled airing at 9:30 p.m. EST/PST and Dare to Wear following at 10 p.m. EST/PST.

The Half Yard Productions-made Brides Gone Styled(pictured) follows celebrity stylists Gretta Monahan and Robert Verdi as they transform poorly dressed brides. In each episode, brides pick out their dresses while the stylists then choose three additional gowns. Ultimately, each participant secretly selects their winning dress and reveals it to the hosts and friends and family.

Elsewhere, Shed Media’s Dare to Wear finds host and style expert Tai Beauchamp asking two fashion-challenged participants to swap their wardrobes and spend a day in each other’s clothes. According to a release from the net, “The result is like hitting their own personal style reset button. Not only does this change their outward appearance, but their inner sense of self.”
