Passion sells property series abroad

Networks in Europe, South Africa and the Asia-Pacific region have acquired two lifestyle series from Passion Distribution.

Nat Geo People in Asia, Fox International Channel in Spain, Kuchnia+ in Poland, Living Channel in New Zealand, TVB in Hong Kong and The Home Channel in South Africa have picked up the first two seasons of Charlie Luxton’s Homes by the Sea (15 x 60 minutes, pictured). Foxtel in Australia also picked up season two after previously airing season one.

Originally produced by True North for UK network More 4, the series follows host Luxton as he visits interesting seaside homes around the world.

Meanwhile, Living Channel, the Home Channel and AMC in Spain have acquired the home buying competition series Selling Houses with Amanda Lamb.

In each episode, three home owners compete to sell their home to one buyer. It was originally produced by Reef for Channel 4.
