Soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo will be the focus of British director Anthony Wonke’s forthcoming documentary, Ronaldo.

Confirmed by the 30-year-old via Twitter, the feature film will follow Ronaldo throughout the rollercoaster 2014-15 season in Spain’s La Liga in which the Real Madrid C.F. player won his third Ballon d’Or, handed out by FIFA – soccer’s governing body – to the best footballer of the year.

Currently in post-production, the picture was produced by Paul Martin for We Came, We Saw, We Conquered Studios, and exec produced by James Gay-Rees and Asif Kapadia (Senna, Amy) for On the Corner Films.

Ronaldo will be distributed and produced by Universal Pictures and is slated to premiere in theaters this fall.
