TeenNick picks up Tricon’s 4Count series

Viacom-owned cable net TeenNick has marked July for its debut of the music-focused reality series Mission: 4Count, which chronicles the lives of Californian boy-band 4Count (pictured).

Exec produced by America’s Got Talent host Nick Cannon, the program gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look into the lives of band members Aaron Scott, Ben Robinson and brothers Adam Ackerman and Kieran Ackerman as they attempt to perfect their musical skills abroad through a series of missions engineered by Cannon.

The series was originally greenlit by Canadian net YTV, which aired the program last October.

Produced by Tricon Kids & Family – a division of Tricon Films & Television –  and distributed by Tricon, the 8 x 30-minute series is to bow on TeenNick on July 6 at 9 p.m. EST/PST.
