Adam Crozier, chief executive at ITV, will deliver the “Media Mastermind” keynote session at the MIPCOM content market and conference on October 5.

During the session, Crozier will discuss the British media company’s international content strategy, with a focus on its production business, ITV Studios, and its expansion in key global markets such as the U.S., where the company has acquired assorted prodcos specializing in unscripted content, including Leftfield Entertainment, Gurney Productions, Thinkfactory Media and High Noon Entertainment, among others. ITV also finalized a high-profile acquisition of Dutch format powerhouse Talpa Media in May – a deal worth approximately US$532 million.

Crozier joined ITV in 2010, from his previous position as chief executive for the Royal Mail. He had also previously held the same post for The Football Association, and was joint chief executive at advertising firm Saatchi & Saatchi.

Reed MIDEM’s MIPCOM runs from October 5-8 in Cannes, France.
