London-based producer-distributor Boulder Creek International (BCI) has sold its hour-long soccer film, Gary Lineker – On the Road to FA Cup Glory (pictured), to ESPN Brasil.

Hosted by English international footballer Gary Lineker, the series follows the Leicester City great as he meets a raft of players – including ex-Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and ex-Liverpool teammates captain Steven Gerrard and striker Michael Owen – who have faced off in the annual English knockout sporting tournament.

Brokered by Pete Dunits at BCI, the Goalhanger Films-produced doc originally premiered across BBC1 in May.

“Football legend Lineker is also a great presenter, and BCI is proud to be selling his first film as a producer,” said Matt Jeschelnik, managing director of BCI, in a statement. “We are sure this is the first of many sales for this defining documentary.”
