Beyond Distribution has inked a deal with Australian broadcaster Foxtel that will send a raft of international property titles, including Love It or List It UK (pictured), to the net’s LifeStyle Channel.

Produced by Raise The Roof Productions for UK pubcaster Channel 4, the 6 x 60-minute format was licensed from Toronto’s Big Coat Productions, the company behind the original Love It or List It and Love it or List it Vancouver.

As profiled by realscreen earlier this year, the UK version sees Location, Location, Location hosts Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer competing to convince homeowners to either keep their Allsopp-redesigned home or relocate to a new house scouted by Spencer. Channel 4 has already confirmed a second season for the series.

Beyond will launch Love It or List It UK at October’s MIPCOM market in Cannes.

The deal also sees Foxtel securing additional series from Beyond’s stable of programs, including Love It or List It, Love It or List It Vancouver and Income Property – all long-standing series on LifeStyle Home. As well, the deal sees the Australian channel picking up W Network Canada’s home renovation competition series Game of Homes.

Love It or List It is a brilliant series which resonates with anyone interested in home renovation,” said Joanne Azzopardi, VP of sales for Australasia at Beyond Distribution, in a statement. “With the addition of popular British hosts Kirstie and Phil, a whole new audience will open up for the series on LifeStyle.”
