All3Media America has partnered with Undercover Boss showrunner Chris Carlson (pictured) for the launch of the prodco Commonwealth Unscripted.

The new division is the 11th company in All3Media America’s roster of prodcos – which includes Lime Pictures, North One and Studio Lambert Associates, among others – and will be responsible for the creation, development and selling of original unscripted content produced in partnership with All3Media America.

The company will be based out of All3Media America’s Los Angeles offices.

Carlson will also continue as showrunner for CBS’s Emmy-winning Undercover Boss, having won two consecutive awards in 2012 and 2013 since joining the Studio Lambert-produced program in season two. The series, which wrapped its sixth season in February, last month picked up another Emmy nomination.

The exec previously served as VP of alternative series development at CBS, where he was responsible for developing original content while leading such legacy series as Survivor, Amazing Race and Big Brother. Carlson has also served as a producer on Bravo’s Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List and Blow Out, VH1′s I Love New York and CW’s Farmer Wants a Wife.

“Chris has been a great partner on Undercover Boss and we look forward to expanding our relationship with him through the creation of Commonwealth Unscripted,” said All3Media America president Eli Holzman in a statement.
