Duncan Gray launches indie Twenty Six 03

Duncan Gray (pictured), the former creative director of Endemol Shine Group-owned Princess Productions, has launched the UK indie Twenty Six 03.

The prodco will focus on creating primetime entertainment formats for networks in the UK and U.S., a spokesperson for Twenty Six 03 confirmed to realscreen. Gray said in a statement that the company was “on the verge” of announcing a major commission.

With 25 years of experience, Gray has developed and launched a raft of flagship series both in the UK and the U.S. He has held roles as development executive and executive producer at Planet 24 where he developed Survivor before founding London-based At It Productions in 1997.

Gray also helped to develop and launch ITV’s Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and Celebrity Stars in Their Eyes as controller of entertainment at Granada.

Other credits include launching Extreme Makeover: Home Edition as VP of alternative series and specials at ABC Entertainment; commissioning ITV1′s Britain’s Got Talent as controller of entertainment at ITV; and creating A League of Their Own and Got to Dance as Sky1′s head of entertainment.
