The Real Housewives of Atlanta producer True Entertainment has tapped Carol Klein as VP of production and upped two programming execs.

Klein previously served as an executive in charge of production on True’s TLC series Love, Lust, or Run with Stacy London and will now report to True and Original Media COO Brenda Hurley. Prior to joining the company, she served as executive in charge on the long-running TLC series What Not to Wear, and also worked as supervising producer on PBS’ Between the Lions and Sesame Workshop’s reboot of The Electric Company.

Elsewhere, True has boosted its programming division with the promotions of Lauren Eskelin to executive VP of programming and Lorraine Haughton as VP of programming.

Eskelin has been with True Entertainment since 2012, most recently serving as senior VP of programming. She will now oversee all creative and production elements for True’s original series. Before joining the team, Eskelin exec produced four seasons of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta and the spin-off series Don’t Be Tardy.

Previously, Eskelin created and exec produced three seasons of MTV’s Engaged & Underage and two seasons of Bravo’s The It Factor.

Meanwhile, former executive producer Haughton is now VP of programming, reporting to Eskelin. She will continue to serve as executive producer for The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Before boarding True Entertainment in 2011, Haughton produced such unscripted series as Food Network’s Chopped, HGTV’s Bought & Sold, TLC’s Fashionably Late with Stacy London and Discovery’s Party Planner with David Tutera, among others.

Co-founded by Glenda Hersh and Steven Weinstock in 2000, True was acquired by Endemol in 2003. The pair later added duties as co-presidents and CEOs of the Endemol Shine North America-owned Original Media.
