U.S. cable network Logo has promoted Pamela Post to senior VP of original programming and series development.
Post will continue to serve as executive producer of the Viacom-owned channel’s breakout reality hit RuPaul’s Drag Race while overseeing the strategic creation and development of the programming slate.
In addition to exec producing Drag Race – which is going into its eighth season – Post has brought unscripted series such as Secret Guide to Fabulous and Food to Get You Laid to the network. She also started the Logo Documentary Films unit, which is the channel’s first dedicated documentary division. The first film, Out in the Night, was simulcast in June on Logo and PBS.
Post has spent the past decade working at Logo. She is based in Los Angeles and reports to VH1 and Logo general manager Chris McCarthy.
