Scripps Networks Interactive-owned DIY Network will dive into South Florida’s real estate renovation market via Miami Flip.

Previously titled Miami Rehab, the Departure Films-made series follows licensed contractor and renovator Carolina Sullivan (pictured) as she purchases run-down and outdated homes across Miami in order to transform them into contemporary properties for profit.

The debut episode will shadow Sullivan as she and her team acquire and renovate a mature home in a prime location through an online auction – sight unseen. The renovation to create an open-concept floor-plan moves quickly¬†until measurement mistakes take shape, derailing Sullivan’s time and budget plans.

Miami Flip is to premiere with back-to-back episodes on October 21 at 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. EST/PST on DIY Network.
