In her new post, Wadler is charged with oversight of the company’s expanding unscripted development slate.
Since joining Thinkfactory Media as director of development in 2013, the exec has developed such series as NatGeo Wild’s Vet School, Lifetime’s Jump!, Pop’s Queens of Drama, TLC’s Strange Love and Discovery’s Big Giant Swords. Prior to boarding Thinkfactory, Wadler founded the production outfit Off Kilter before serving as a development consultant at Lifetime.
Dale, meanwhile, will head Thinkfactory’s newly created digital division where he will be responsible for all projects in the digital and OTT space while diving into unscripted development for traditional broadcast.
Since boarding the company as a development producer under a first-look deal in 2011, Dale has developed a number of unscripted projects including Lifetime’s Preacher’s Daughters while expanding the company’s digital slate. Prior to joining Thinkfactory, the exec worked in commercial production and viral video advertising as a writer, producer and director.
Wadler and Dale will report directly to Thinkfactory’s executive VP Adam Reed.
