Lori York, alternative agent and partner at ICM Partners, has left the agency.

Following the exit of founding partner and senior VP Greg Lipstone, who exited from the U.S.- and UK-based agency in August to board All3Media America as CEO, York has also parted with ICM Partners just four years after joining the company as an agent in 2011.

ICM declined to comment on York’s exit.

Before joining ICM Partners, York served as a TV agent with N. S. Bienstock. She also worked as director of development at Spike TV from 2003 to 2004.

Michael Kagan - who, along with York, was made a partner in 2013 – was promoted in August to head of international television and media. He now heads ICM’s operations in unscripted and worldwide TV, while overseeing reality and scripted packaging, format adaptations and new media projects.

Last month, Kaplan Stahler Agency’s Andy Stabile joined ICM as an agent in the international television and media department.
