London-based Windfall Films has produced a one-hour special exploring Albert Einstein’s theory of gravitation, General Relativity.

Inside Einstein’s Mind will air in the U.S. on PBS science strand ‘NOVA’ tonight (November 25) and is slated to air in the UK on BBC4 in December under the title Inside Einstein’s Mind: The Enigma of Space and Time.

The program is billed as a “visual exploration through Einstein’s masterpiece” and marks the 100th anniversary of the general theory of relativity. It will give new insights into the creation of the theory and the thought experiments that helped the theoretical physicist come up with the ground-breaking theory.

“Einstein’s general theory of relativity was one of history’s most creative and dramatic revisions of our concepts about the universe,” said Windfall writer and director Jamie Lochhead in a statement. “The centennial provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate the theory that changed modern thinking.”

Windfall Films’ David Dugan served as executive producer on Inside Einstein’s Mind.
