LA-based talent agency William Morris Endeavor (WME) has signed producer and American Idol judge Simon Cowell (pictured) and his prodco Syco Entertainment.

Cowell and the company were previously represented by Creative Artists Agency. Syco TV, the company’s television department, is home to a number of popular unscripted formats, including The X Factor, The Xtra Factor, America’s Got Talent and Britain’s Got Talent.

In 2013, the prodco extended into the feature film space with the music documentary One Direction: This is Us 3D via Syco Film.

In October, NBC announced that Cowell would serve as a judge on the 11th season of America’s Got Talent next summer.
