U.S. net Pop has added the tentatively titled Celebrity Escape Room, a competition trivia series from Zodiak USA, to its 2016 development slate.

Based on the live-action gaming trend, the series focuses on two celebrities and their friends who work together in separate teams to escape identical, themed rooms.

In order to escape, the teams must exercise their pop-culture knowledge to complete puzzles and clues that unlock the exit. The first team to escape wins.

Neil Regan, Joel Karsberg and Cem Yeter serve as executive producers for Zodiak USA.

The U.S. cable network has also commissioned the tentatively titled I Watch it With My Girlfriend.

Produced by Den of Thieves, the comedic talk show is set to highlight popular female-skewing television series that are viewed from a male perspective. A rotating panel of pop culture experts will join series host James Pumphrey (pictured) as they discuss the best and worst of female-slanted television.

Evan Prager, Jesse Ignjatovic and James Pumphrey serve as executive producers, with Jared Morell and Jordan Barrow co-executive producing.
