Pound boards Objective Productions as Roach exits

Roz Pound is replacing Debi Roach (pictured) as head of production at the All3Media-owned Objective Productions, realscreen has confirmed.

Roz Pound is joining All3Media-owned Objective Productions as head of production, realscreen has confirmed.

The exec – who boards the producer this month – is replacing Debi Roach, who joined Objective Productions in 2005 and has left the company. Roach formerly served as a production manager at ITV, where her credits included Survivor.

Pound, meanwhile, most recently worked as head of production at John Stanley Productions after an 18-month stint as production executive at Wall to Wall Television, where she oversaw two series of The Voice UK.

Prior to this, Pound spent 20 years at ITV Studios, where she was head of production for the factual and factual entertainment departments, and helped to launch such series as I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, Come Dine With Me and Hell’s Kitchen.

In December, Objective Productions launched the factual entertainment label Second Star Productions, led by recently appointed chief creative officer Deborah Sargeant.
