Scripps Networks Interactive-owned channel HGTV has set a February 4 premiere date for the renovation series Five Day Flip from Magnetic Productions.

The 6 x 60-minute series will follow renovation expert and host Cherie Barber (pictured) as she purchases outdated homes in need of cosmetic improvement and “flips” the modernized abode for profit over five days.

The series will focus on Barber and her team as they undertake quick, high-impact renovation enhancements, from updating kitchen backsplashes and improving mudrooms to revitalizing the home’s curb appeal and staging for potential homebuyers.

Sarah Kuban and Maggie Zeltner are attached to the production as executive producers for the Scripps channel.

Five Day Flip bows February 4 at 11 p.m. EST/PST on HGTV.
