HGTV has set a March 22 air date for the series Good Bones, about a mother-daughter home renovation team.

Originally announced under the title Two Chicks and a Hammer, the show is produced by High Noon Entertainment and stars Indianapolis-based mother Karen E Laine (pictured, left) a lawyer, and daughter Mina Starsiak (right), a real estate agent.

In the 10-episode series, the pair sets out to revitalize their favorite neighborhoods by renovating and flipping houses.

Allison Page, GM of HGTV and DIY Network, noted that home renovation series are among the net’s strongest ratings drivers.

“As Karen and Mina take on drastic home renovation projects, their fun and fearless dynamic adds an entertaining dimension to the series,” the exec added.

Good Bones will premiere on HGTV on March 22 at 11 p.m. EST/PST.
