London-based distributor TVF International has sent Beach House Pictures’ blue-chip wildlife series Wild City: Singapore (pictured) to broadcasters across the UK, Europe and Australia.

Ahead of next week’s MIPTV market in Cannes, the 3 x 47-minute series has been acquired by Sky1 in the UK, ARTE in France and Germany, Servus TV in Austria and SBS in Australia.

Wild City: Singapore journeys across the island city-state to explore hidden wildlife hotspots. The docuseries, narrated by David Attenborough, surveys the country’s interior as well as its inaccessible coastline and islands.

ARTE has also taken the Furnace Limited-produced BBC4 series Oak Tree: Nature’s Greatest Survivor (2 x 49 minutes or 1 x 90 minutes). Most recently, the series was honored at the RTS Awards with the science and natural history award, and was also selected as one of realscreen’s 2016 MIPTV Picks.
