USA Network exec boards ITV Entertainment

Former USA Network head of alternative programming Jessica Sebastian (pictured) has departed the NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment-owned channel to join ITV Entertainment.

Sebastian has been named senior VP of development at the ITV America-owned shop where she will lead all development for the prodco, focused on developing talent-driven series and original formats across a variety of non-fiction genres. She will report to recently appointed ITV Entertainment president David Eilenberg.

ITV Entertainment production credits include Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen, E!’s Rich Kids of Beverley Hills and A&E’s The First 48.

As alternative head at USA Network, Sebastian was tasked with overseeing production on the channel’s inaugural reality series Chrisley Knows Best as well as on forthcoming series First Impressions and WWE’s Tough Enough.

Sebastian previously served as VP of current and development at Electus, senior director of development at Style Network and VP of development at Original Media.

Her credits include National Geographic Channel’s Southern Justice, Bravo’s The Rachel Zoe Project, ABC’s Wife Swap, Oxygen’s Nailed It for Oxygen, Spike’s Ink Master, TLC’s What Not to Wear and MTV’s Made.

In other news, NBCUniversal announced on Thursday (April 28) that Heather Olander has been elevated to senior VP of alternative programming at USA Network and Syfy.
