Exclusive: Former Rock Shrimp exec joins Loud TV

The ITV America-owned production outfit has named former Rock Shrimp Productions exec Glen Freyer (pictured) to the post of senior VP of development.

ITV America-owned Loud TV has named former Rock Shrimp Productions exec Glen Freyer (pictured) to the post of senior VP of development.

In the new position, Freyer is tasked with overseeing the firm’s development slate, which currently includes such series as FYI’s Tiny House Nation, Tiny House Hunting and Food Porn. He reports to Loud TV president Nick Rigg and will be based out of the shingle’s New York headquarters.

Most recently, Freyer served as executive VP of development at Rock Shrimp Productions, where he was responsible for selling projects in the food and lifestyle space, as well as developing programming in other genres.

Prior to this, he held the title of senior VP of development at Atlas Media Corp, where his credits include Travel Channel’s Hotel Impossible and Investigation Discovery’s Stalked: Someone’s Watching. Freyer also served as VP of non-fiction development for Court TV, and as a development executive and executive producer at 20th Television Fox Lab.
