U.S. cable net Freeform has ordered a Bachelor spin-off starring Ben Higgins and fiancée Lauren Bushnell.

Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After will follow the ABC reality franchise’s recently engaged couple as they plan their wedding and establish post-Bachelor identities.

During the series, personalities from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette will stop by to advise the newlyweds.

Next Entertainment is producing Happily Ever After with Warner Horizon Television. Mike Fleiss, Martin Hilton and Jason Ehrlich are exec producing and Jack Mori serves as co-executive producer.

The series will premiere on the ABC sister network in October.

The Bachelor has aired for 20 seasons on ABC and has inspired three other spin-offs: The Bachelorette, Bachelor Pad and Bachelor In Paradise.
