Meanwhile, the Cineflix Rights-distributed culinary competition series Family Food Challenge will pit two families – as chosen by two celebrity chefs – against one another to teach them how to prepare inexpensive and nutritious meals. Plated dishes are judged by 40 diners with the winners receive a year’s supply of groceries. The program is slated to broadcast July 11 at 9 p.m. EST/PST.
Kim’s Rude Awakenings, also from Cineflix Rights, is set to document English television presenter and expert cleaner Kim Woodburn as she attempts to bring order to the lives of individuals with messy and unruly homes. The show is scheduled to air on July 12 at 8 p.m. EST/PST.
Premiering in August is the culinary series The Healthy Gourmet, in which nutritionist Julie Daniluk and acclaimed chef Ezra Title battle it out with a series of contestants to determine whether taste or nutrition will win out. The series, which is produced by The Fremantle Corporation, debuts August 8 at 8 p.m. EST/PST.
Finally, the Bellum Entertainment-made Now Eat This with Rocco DiSpirito will shadow the award-winning chef as he educates America on how to prepare indulgent dishes without utilizing “bad carbs,” “bad fats” or processed sugars. The program airs August 22 at 9 p.m. EST/PST.
