Scripted is excited to announce that Robert and Michelle King, creators and executive producers of the hit series The Good Wife and BrainDead will be featured in a keynote conversation this November.

A Golden Globe® Award and Emmy® Award nominated writing team, Robert and Michelle King have been creative collaborators for over a decade and married for over two decades. Before The Good Wife, they created the 2006 drama In Justice, about the wrongly accused and imprisoned, starring Kyle MacLachlan and Jason O’Mara.

Prior to their work in television, Michelle worked in development at various studios and production companies, while Robert wrote a dozen produced feature films, including the mountain-climbing action feature Vertical Limit, starring Chris O’Donnell, and Red Corner, starring Richard Gere.

For their work on The Good Wife, Robert and Michelle have been honored by their peers from the American Film Institute, the Writers Guild of America and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, as well as the Television Critics Association. In addition to creative recognition, the Kings have been awarded the Sidney Lumet Award for Integrity in Entertainment, the Humanitas Prize and the prestigious Peabody Award.

At Scripted, Robert and Michelle will share their insights from the creative development of a hit dramatic series, as well as what’s next for the duo, including their journey into comedy-thriller writing with the recent premiere of CBS’ BrainDead.

Scripted takes place November 17-18, 2016 at the Park Central Hotel in New York City. You have until July 22 to register for our early bird rate of US$799. Register today and take advantage of our early bird rate of US$799. Register online or contact Maggie Wilkins at 1-416-408-2300 ext. 538.
