Top Chef producer Magical Elves has teamed with Carolina Panthers quarterback and NFL MVP Cam Newton (pictured) to launch Iconic Saga Productions.

Under the agreement, Newton will work alongside Magical Elves’ Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz to develop original non-fiction for platforms across linear and digital.

The pair have previously partnered on Nickelodeon’s All in with Cam Newton – which premiered June 3 – with Newton serving as executive producer alongside Magical Elves’ Cutforth and Lipsitz on the 20-episode series.

Besides Top Chef for Bravo, Magical Elves’ production stable currently includes HBO’s Project Greenlight, Esquire’s Best Bars in America, WeTV’s Braxton Family Values and Oxygen’s Rich in Faith.

“As soon as we started working on All In, I knew that Dan and Jane would be the perfect partners,” said Newton in a statement. “I’m excited to continue building on what we’ve already started, creating new, fun, authentic content for the world to see.”

“Cam also has a very unique and fresh voice which lends itself to the new and expanding world of content creation, and we hope that with our experience and execution style, this partnership has great potential for success,” added Cutforth.
