Home improvement net HGTV has rolled out the welcome wagon for Parenthood actor Monica Potter in its latest renovation series Welcome Back Potter.

Produced by Critical Content, the series will follow Potter (pictured); her three sisters Jessica, Brigette and Kerry; and her mother Nancy as they return to Cleveland to renovate their 1,800 square-foot childhood home near the shores of Lake Erie.

The home, originally built in 1924, was initially sold by the Potter family in 1987, but it has sat abandoned and in disrepair for the last five years.

With help from a local construction team, the sisters demolish walls and tear out the old cabinets and appliances to create an open-concept kitchen and dining area. Décor items will be provided by Potter’s local shop, Monica Potter Home.

Ellen RakietenTom FormanMonica PotterBrian RobelBrad Bishop and Jon Beyer serve as executive producers on the series.

Welcome Back Potter premieres with back-to-back episodes on Oct. 11 at 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. ET/PT.
