PBS history series American Experience has expanded its digital team.

Lauren Prestileo (pictured, left) has been promoted to managing editor of digital content. She will oversee the creation of digital content across multiple platforms to reach new audiences for the WGBH-produced series.

Formerly series producer and series manager, she led multi-platform engagement campaigns and theatrical distribution for American Experience titles such as Robert Kenner‘s Command and Control and Rory Kennedy’s Last Days In Vietnam.

She also worked on The First Days Story Project, a digital collaboration with StoryCorps that collected the stories of Vietnamese-American refugees and veterans of the Vietnam War.

American Experience has also tapped WGBH digital marketer Cori Brosnahan (pictured, right) as digital content producer. She will focus on non-video digital content, including text articles to data visualization and interactive features.

Eric Gulliver, an editor for WGBH, joins as producer/editor and will focus on short-form video for digital distribution.

Lastly, Tsering Yangzom returns to WGBH as digital producer, overseeing the day-to-day management of the series’ website. She was previously a production coordinator for Masterpiece and worked at Boston biotech firm Sanofi Genzyme.
