The distribution arm of UK broadcaster Sky will exclusively represent pay-TV broadcaster’s factual, lifestyle and drama programming, though Foxtel will manage distribution in Australia and New Zealand.

The agreement marks the first time Foxtel has partnered with a distributor in this way.

The deal was brokered by Sky Vision director of factual and entertainment Barney Shingleton Sky Vision director of drama and comedy Kylie Munnich, Foxtel director of content and movies Ross Crowley and Darren Distefano of Foxtel content sales and distribution.
