In this week’s round-up, new seasons are on the way for series on TLC, VH1 and FYI.

VH1′s Love & Hip Hop: New York and America’s Next Top Model are both set to return just weeks apart.

The mostly brand new cast of hip hop’s movers and shakers will be joined by a few familiar faces from the six past seasons, and will continue to follow their lives, heartaches, successes and failures. Season seven cast members include Felicia “Snoop” Pearson and girlfriend J. Adrienne; Kimbella and rapper Juelz Santana; Cardi B and her sister Hennessy; and Remy Ma and Papoose, among others. The series returns to the Viacom-owned network on Nov. 21 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

After coming to an end last December, VH1 will resurrect its popular modeling competition America’s Next Top Model with host Rita Ora (pictured) in place of Tyra Banks, who remains on as executive producer. The 14-member cast of aspiring models returns to New York where they will battle it out for US$100,000, a commercial feature on behalf of Rimmel London, a one-year talent deal with VH1 and a fashion spread in Paper Magazine. The revamped panel of judges includes body activist Ashley Graham, Drew Elliott and Law Roach. Cycle 23 premieres Dec. 12 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

Meanwhile, contemporary lifestyle net FYI is bringing back its social experiment series Seven Year Switch for a sophomore run.

The 8 x 60-minute Kinetic Content-produced series documents the two-week journey of four couples participating in experimental “switch therapy” to determine whether they have chosen the correct life partner. Relationship experts will be on hand to help guide the couples through the adjustments of living with a “new” spouse. Season two launches Jan. 3 at 8 p.m. ET/PT with a two-hour season opener before moving to its regular timeslot at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

Finally, Discovery Communications lifestyle net TLC is bringing back Counting On for a new season in early 2017 with an 11-episode run.

The Figure 8 Films-made series will chronicle the daily routines of Jessa Duggar and husband Ben Seewald as they expand their family, while following Jinger and Jeremy’s walk down the aisle and onward to their honeymoon celebration.
