Ava DuVernay’s The 13th (pictured), Kirsten Johnson’s Cameraperson and Ezra Edelman’s O.J.: Made In America are among the documentaries up for Film Independent Spirit Awards this year.

The nominees were announced in Los Angeles on Tuesday (Nov. 22), and include six documentaries.

Raoul Peck’s James Baldwin essay film I Am Not Your Negro, Rokhsareh Ghaem Maghami’s Sonita and Vitaly Mansky’s Under the Sun round out the 2016 nominees for best documentary.

The 32nd annual Spirit Awards take place on Feb. 25. Check out the full list of nominees via Film Independent’s website.
