Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITVP) has elevated long-time exec Sebastián Moguilevsky to the role of MD in Spain and Portugal.

Most recently, Moguilevsky (pictured) served as content director for WBITVP Argentina, a position he’s held since 2013. Prior to this, he held the title of content director at WBITVP Spain and Portugal.arner

Moguilevsky will be based out of Madrid for his new position, reporting directly into Ronald Goes, executive VP and head of WBITVP.

As content director for WBITVP Argentina, Moguilevsky helmed local adaptations of MasterChef, Pasapalabra and recently inked Telefé copro Dueños de la cocina (Kitchen Owners).

WBITVP Spain & Portugal is part of WBITVP’s global network of TV production operations and produces both new and existing Warner Bros. formats including First Dates for Cuatro, The Naked Choir for Movistar and RTP, and Little Big Shots for Telecinco.

“Sebastián is highly experienced in developing and producing successful formats and has a deep knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese markets,” said Goes in a statement. “We’re delighted that he will lead our growth and creativity in these important territories.”
