Married at First Sight and Seven Year Switch producer Kinetic Content has promoted Karrie Wolfe and Katie Griffin to executive VP and co-heads of development and programming, along with making a new investment in development resources.

In addition to the two previously mentioned titles, Wolfe (pictured, above) and Griffin (pictured, below, right) also developed the Little Women franchise, which includes Little Women: LA, Little Women Atlanta, Little Women New York and Little Women Dallas.

Previously, Wolfe and Griffin served as senior VPs. 

Alongside their promotion, Wolfe and Griffin have promoted Katie Zakula to be director of development and Scott Whelan to coordinator. They also supervise and have bulked up the in-house development casting and development production team.

Wolfe and Griffin report to Kinetic founder and CEO Chris Coelen who, in a statement, said the two executives have “proven themselves to be amongst the best development minds in the business, and I am proud to reward and invest in their leadership of this crucial area.”

Kinetic is backed by Red Arrow Entertainment Group, the content division of European media co ProSiebenSat.1
