A+E Networks has signed multiple sales agreements with a number of Canadian broadcasters, sending unscripted series such as Donnie Loves Jenny and Psychic Kids into the country.

Multimedia company Blue Ant will pick up a pair of paranormal series, Paranormal State and Possessed, as well as FYI’s Homegrown Makeover and Doomsday: 10 ways the world will end.

Donnie Loves Jenny (which follows the relationship between Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg, pictured) is headed for Corus-owned Slice, while Psychic Kids is headed to OWN and Crime + Investigations.

Finally, French-language SRC has renewed Big History, Mankind: The Story of Us as well as Pope Benedict for specialty channel Explora.

“Since joining A+E Networks, Bryan Gabourie has made an immediate impact closing sales across Canada and further strengthening our relationships throughout the territory,” said Ellen Lovejoy, VP, head of content sales, Americas and formats, in a statement. “We are thrilled that A+E Networks’ captivating storytelling continues to connect with Canadian audiences.”
