Former E! Entertainment Television executive Lauren Celinski has joined A+E Networks-owned Lifetime as VP of unscripted development and programming.

In the new role, Celinski will be responsible for overseeing the network’s unscripted slate while also developing original non-fiction programming.

Based in Los Angeles, she reports to Mariana Flynn, senior VP of unscripted development and programming.

Celinski most recently served as director of programming and development at E! Entertainment Television over a three-year period. Here, she oversaw the company’s non-fiction development slate that included Mariah’s World, So Cosmo, House of DVF and The Soup.

Previously, she was manager of development at Discovery Channel, overseeing series from development to production, including Shark After Dark, Game of Pawns, Alaskan Steel Men, Shipwreck Men and American Muscle. Before that, Celinski served as director of development at TGroup Productions where she developed original unscripted series.
