Full-service television studio IM Global Television has fortified its unscripted and alternative development teams by bringing on Jennifer Colbert, Tim Rosenman and Casey Kelly.

“It’s exciting times here at IM Global Television as we begin assembling the first wave of a team with a dedicated focus on formats and programs with global appeal,” said Phil Gurin, IM Global Television president of unscripted and alternative, in a statement. “With their varied professional backgrounds and experiences, I am thrilled to welcome Jennifer Colbert, Tim Rosenman and Casey Kelly, whose creative energy and passion will help us create, collaborate on and identify the most exciting new programs for all platforms both at home and around the world.”

Colbert (pictured, left), who has been tapped as VP of development, joins the company following a career as a freelance executive producer and showrunner, working across such networks as VH1, A&E, Lifetime, MTV2 and prodcos Studio Lambert, 44 Blue Productions and Tremendous Entertainment. Her credits include The Hills, Pimp My Ride, Talk Soup and The Girls Next Door.

Former Done and Done Productions development exec Rosenman (right), meanwhile, becomes IM Global Television’s director of development. He previously served as a producer for Viacom working across various projects at VH1, before becoming a producer on MTV’s The City. Additionally, he worked on Fox’s The X Factor and was a consulting producer on the season 14 finale of American Idol, and a new format for its 15th and final season.

Finally, Kelly has been named manager of development. Prior to IM Global, she worked under Gurin as manager of development at The Gurin Company. There, Kelly was involved in developing series and pilots for ITV, NBC, The CW, GSN, Oxygen, MSNBC and syndication as well as pitching to all major broadcast and cable networks.

She began her television career as a production assistant on TLC’s What Not to Wear and went on to assist development executives at MTV in New York where she launched Are You The One?before moving to London to work on BBC’slive event series Stargazing Live.
