Fox Networks Group Content Distribution (FNGCD) has expanded its sales team with five new hires.
Joining the firm are Manuel Miguez as executive director of sales for Latin American & Hispanic U.S.; Carolina Lozano as sales associate manager for Latin America; Maria Grazia Ursino as executive sales director for Italy, Spain & Portugal; JeeYoung Lee as executive director of sales for Japan, Korea & regional formats Asia; and Tracy Davis as associate director for deal & rights management.
In his new role Miguez will be responsible for sales within Latin America. He joins FNGCD’s Miami offices from BBC Worldwide where he oversaw the company’s content sales team and operations in LatAm and Hispanic U.S. Prior to this, he served as director of sales planning for Sony Pictures Television Distribution.
Joining Miguez in the region is Lozano, who will be based in Colombia. Most recently, she served as a sales executive at private television network RCNTelevisión.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Lee will be based out of the Fox Networks Group offices in Korea and reports into Julius Toh, VP of content distribution for Asia Pacific. She joins the team from Endemol, and previously held various titles at Shine, Viacom and CJ Media.in Rome, Grazia Ursino will look after sales in Italy, Spain and Portugal and reports to Peter Grant, FNGCD VP of sales for Western, Southern Europe & global SVOD. She had spent a 10-year stint as the sales director at Sony Pictures Television, overseeing sales activities throughout Italian-speaking Europe.
Davis, formerly commercial director of music at Endemol Shine Group, boards the company to oversee a newly created deal and rights management division in the London office.
In addition, long-time FNGCD executive Joanna Rowley has been elevated to executive director of sales for Northern Europe & Africa, while Magdalena Szwedkowicz has been promoted to VP of sales for CEE & MENA, managing sales activity and a regional team based across London, Moscow, Warsaw and Istanbul.
Elsewhere, Tristan Oarton joins FNGCD’s London office as VP of finance. He will be tasked with overseeing the company’s financial planning and reporting.
