North Hollywood-based production company Pilgrim Media Group is bolstering its team with a series of key promotions and new hires.

Pilgrim veteran Leigh Purinton has been promoted to EVP, production from SVP, production. Purinton (not pictured) joined Pilgrim in 2007, and has overseen hits such as Dirty JobsFast N’ Loud and Wicked Tuna. Prior to Pilgrim, Purinton produced series including The Talk and Blue Collar TV with Jeff Foxworthy.

Seasoned production executive Sarba Das (pictured, far right) has been hired as VP, documentaries. Das joins Pilgrim from Sony Pictures Television, where she oversaw unscripted development and production, and was point executive on two Emmy-award winning seasons of ABC’s Shark Tank, while supervising other projects including NBC’s The Sing Off and GSN’s Chain Reaction.

Adam Mansfield has joined the company as senior director of development. Mansfield spent almost 10 years as a producer on ABC’s The Bachelor and spin-offs The BacheloretteBachelor in Paradise and Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After? Mansfield’s other credits include Bravo’s Top Chef and TLC’s Love at First Kiss.

Meanwhile, Pilgrim also elevated Rebecka Biejo (pictured, far left) to vice-president and deputy general counsel, from executive director. Biejo, who joined Pilgrim in 2015, continues to report to Pilgrim COO and General Counsel Gretchen Stockdale.

Christian Navarrete (pictured, middle) has been upped to director, eSports & gaming, leading development specifically of original eSports content for television, following Pilgrim’s expanded eSports partnerships with ESL and 343 Industries.
