Verizon and Hearst-owned digital media company Complex Networks will air new original series Start Talkin’,  hosted by comedian Scott Rogowsky, on the streaming platform go90.

The eight-episode talk show takes a unique spin on the traditional interview format, with everyday people unexpectedly becoming late-night guests.

The show spans a variety of ‘wanted ads’ including a celebrity in need of a personal assistant, an art gallery owner looking for a date and a chef who needs a bouncer for his new restaurant.

With the help of New York City DJ Cipha Sounds and a roster of celebrity guests, Rogowsky serves as the middleman between roommate seekers, casting directors and the applicants. The hopefuls come to the pop-up late-night set expecting a casual meeting, and instead go head-to-head in a competition with other candidates as Rogowsky vets them with  invasive questions.

The show is produced by ITV Entertainment in association with Big Energy Productions. Mark Efman, David George, Shawn Witt, Jonathan Murray, Scott Rogowsky, Justin Killion and Brian Silbert serve as executive producers.

Start Talkin’ episodes are available for free only on go90.com or the go90 app, April 12.
