Three more Tricon Films and Television execs have joined Sonar Entertainment, following the LA-based producer/distributor’s acquisition of the Toronto company’s library.

Jeff Hevert, SVP of factual development (pictured); Ashley Rite, VP of kids and family; and Marc Kell Whitehead, VP of factual production are among the former Tricon execs joining the U.S. entertainment company, a company spokesperson told realscreen.

Sonar has yet to announce the roles these execs will take within the company.

Tricon entered into a purchase agreement with Sonar in April of this year, at which time the L.A. company offered employment to Tricon founder and president Andrea Gorfolova.

In May, it was confirmed that Gorfolova had joined Sonar and that the company had completed its acquisition of 1,500 hours of Tricon’s library content, popular kids series Counterfeit Catas well as in-development projects Go Away Unicorn, Texas Metal and Food’s Greatest Hits.
