Factual producer Scott Brothers Entertainment has named Richard Drew as VP of development.
Drew will be tasked with overseeing the development department, originating all new formats and talent-driven pitches, as well as presentations and pilots. He will work alongside Josie Crimi, EVP of development and production, who joined the company last year.
Based in Las Vegas and Toronto, the company was founded by Property Brothers stars Drew Scott and Jonathan Scott. Its original productions include Brother vs Brother, Brothers Take New Orleans and Property Brothers: At Home on the Ranch.
Most recently, Drew served as founder and president of New York-based prodco Savannah Media. Prior to this, he held roles as a consulting executive producer for NBC’s Peacock Productions and VP of Zig Zag New York.
Drew began his career in television in London, working on the children’s series Scratchy & Co, morning show The Big Breakfast as well as Big Brother, Fame Academy and Survivor: Panama.
