British pay-TV network PBS America has inked a deal with Paris and LA- based producer and distributor Prime Entertainment Group to acquire a package of history and World War II documentaries.

Included in the deal is the 60-minute one-off Hitler Is My Neighbour (pictured), which details the life of German Jew Edgar Feuchtwanger, who lived across the street from Adolf Hitler. Also included is the half-hour doc Benjamin Ferencz: the Nuremberg Prosecutor, chronicling the life of the 27-year-old lawyer in charge of sentencing Nazi criminals in 1946.

UK channel will also air the acclaimed series Einsatzgruppen: The Nazi Death Squads (4 x 60 minutes), which reveals the “Holocaust by bullets” — a barely known mass massacre at the start of WWII, where nearly two million men, women and children were shot to death by Einsatzgruppen firing squads in Eastern Europe and the Baltics.

Einsatzgruppen has aired on channels such as France 2 in France, Polsat in Poland, Societe Radio Canada and Netflix. The series was most recently sold to Discovery Communications.
