Kyle Komen has been promoted to agent in the alternative and factual programming department at talent agency APA.

In his new position, Komen will focus on staffing the department’s freelance production clients. Komen joined APA in 2013 as an assistant, and was then promoted to coordinator.

“Since he first started as a trainee, I have been impressed by Kyle’s drive and commitment to success,” commented Hayden Meyer, partner and head of APA’s alternative and factual programming, in making the announcement.  “We’re very proud to promote him to the rank of agent.”

APA’s AFP department represents the creative and business interests of production companies, producers, directors, presenters, branded personalities and intellectual properties.
