NBCUniversal-owned lifestyle net Bravo Media has greenlit a four-part special set to chronicle the anticipated reunion of 1990s female R&B quartet Xscape. 

Produced by Truly Original and Monami Entertainment, the tentatively titled Xscape: Still Kickin’ It will chronicle former members Kandi Burruss (The Real Housewives of Atlanta), Tameka “Tiny” Cottle and sisters LaTocha and Tamika Scott as they attempt to reconcile after nearly 20 years apart and create music together as a group, culminating at the New Orleans-based music festival Essence’s 2017 Festival on June 30.

The group achieved mainstream success in the music industry during the 1990s with three consecutive platinum albums, including six Top 10 songs atop Billboard’s Hot 100. 

Xscape: Still Kickin’ It will coincide with the group’s 25-year anniversary and is expected to premiere this fall on Bravo.

For Truly Original, Steven Weinstock, Glenda Hersh, Lauren Eskelin, Lorraine Haughton-Lawson and Thomas Jaeger serve as executive producers. For Monami, Mona Scott-Young and Stephanie Gayle are exec producers.
