The new car fixer upper series Carspotting, with brothers Carlos and Pedro and their friend Niko, is slated to air on Discovery Channel.

Produced by Leftfield Pictures, the entrepreneurial brothers and their friend are in the business of finding dilapidated cars in the Pacific Northwest and restoring them to their former glory.

Wanting to make a name for themselves, the trio seek out the most desired abandoned vehicles.  Once the team members recover the vehicles, they return to their shop to get down and dirty revitalizing the classics with the hopes of making big profits to help keep their fledgling business afloat.

Executive producers on the series include Leftfield Pictures David George, Shawn Witt and Graham Hughes. For Discovery, Craig Coffman is executive producer and Todd Lefkowitz is producer.

Carspotting premieres August 7 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Discovery Channel.
